Survey Data Reports
At the end of the study, it is important to receive data reports that are easily
understood by managers who may never have the opportunity to speak
directly with a consultant, and it is also important that Clients not be
overwhelmed with the amount of survey data they receive.
NBRI can organize Client results into their data reports in a limitless
number of ways. Clients most often request reports by company
function, location, business unit, division, or department, and other
demographics. Data reports may then be produced which show Total
Company, Department 1, Department 2, Department 3, and Department 4
results for each survey question, as well as data reports which show
Total Company and Department 1 in one report, Total Company and Department 2
in another report, and so on. In this way, senior management may
review all survey results in a single report, while individual managers receive a
report which compares only their results with the company as a whole.
NBRI is sometimes requested to format employee or customer survey data reports to match other reports
presently used in Client organizations. Other times, NBRI is asked to
develop a custom format for the data report, but most often, Clients utilize
our standard data report formats, which have been developed from working with
CEOs of Fortune 500 Companies for decades. The actionable data is
presented in a no-nonsense style that clearly shows the Strengths and
Weaknesses of the organization to any casual reader. However, full
instructions for understanding the data report are also included with each
copy.
The usefulness and effectiveness of any research study hinges, in part, upon
the clarity of the data presentation. With NBRI, Clients receive
dynamic and meaningful feedback that clearly presents the information needed
to formulate action plans and develop the organization to new levels of
growth and prosperity.
