    How about some research on what makes a bad employer. Generally the employee tends to become demotivated due to values being compromised and management lack leadership and they themselves don’t even know what their employees are meant to be providing to the team as work output.

    Interesting to see how the data was collected, perhaps employers need to take a look at how they value their staff members.

    As a collective we seriously need to be looking at some of the information we are putting out to people. Remember, there is no such thing as a bad hire, it comes down to two things, either HR are incompetent in doing their background checks and/or there is too much management and not enough leadership.
