Project Management

Once the Project Team is assigned, your Research Consultant will host a Kick-off Call to introduce your Project Manager. Prior to the Kick-off Call, you will receive a personalized Project Plan, a Details & Instructions Document, and an initial Question Database. During the Kick-off Call, your Project Manager will review the Project Plan and discuss key dates for the survey. In addition, he/she will provide an overview of each item that NBRI will need in order to design your survey.

A detailed write-up of each item is provided in the Details & Instructions Document along with templates for pre-survey communications, the opening paragraph, and sample demographic questions. This handy resource also provides a sample Address File and common reporting breakouts. In addition, NBRI provides an FAQ so that you are able to quickly answer questions you may receive from your survey audience. Of course, your Project Team is always available to assist in answering questions and providing additional information.

Your Project Manager will schedule a conference call for you, your internal stakeholders, and your Organizational Psychologist to review the goals for the survey and to discuss your question selection. Your Organizational Psychologist will provide feedback and recommendations for your survey content to ensure a valid and reliable research instrument is deployed.

NBRI does as much of the “heavy lifting” as possible for your project. Your Project Manager will walk you through each step of the way. Our standardized process ensures your success and enables you to manage a successful and beneficial study for your organization.
