X-Factor Competition

We’ve all heard of the X-Factor from the popular ‘American Idol’ talent show.  In that context, the X-Factor refers to those individuals who possess more than talent, a whole package of charm, poise, stage presence, good looks, and more.

In the business world, an organization’s X-Factor is comprised of great products and services, but there’s a whole lot more that goes into building a great company.  An organization’s X-Factor is comprised of Employee Factors and Customer Factors.  Employee Factors and Customer Factors are those mission critical, human components that determine the success – or failure – of every organization.    Employee Factors include employee satisfaction and employee engagement.  Customer Factors include customer satisfaction and customer intent to return, or customer willingness to recommend.  Each organization’s X-Factor must then be benchmarked against its competitors within its industry in order to know if the score is good or bad, high or low.  Clearly, organizations with the highest X-Factor have the highest levels of financial performance!

Business organizations from around the world are competing to see who has the X-Factor in each industry and nation, and NBRI is a proud sponsor of the Industry X-Factor Competition!  First, participants conduct employee and customer survey research.  Then, an Executive Summary of the Methodology and Results are submitted to NBRI for verification of the validity and reliability of the study, and for benchmarking all contestants with one another.  Results are announced during the First Quarter of each year.

In addition to the financial advantages of knowing – and improving – your X-Factor Score, winners will receive National and International Recognition as Leaders of their respective Industries, as well as induction into NBRI’s prestigious Circle of Excellence.  To register for the Industry X-Factor Competition, click here to fill out a Free Quote FormBe sure to select X-Factor Competition under the Purpose of the Survey section!
