Survey Report Formats
NBRI will match a report format you presently use for your
employee and/or customer surveys, develop a custom report format for you, or you
can select and/or modify one of our standard report formats. You
don't have to decide what will be included in your reports
on your own! For information on descriptive statistics, such
as the mean, median and mode, view our survey definitions.
When a study is completed, you will receive Survey Data Reports which
clearly present the collected data.
NBRI also offers Survey Comment Reports containing
the responses to open-ended survey questions. These comment reports can provide additional
qualitative data that was previously unknown.
Documenting the method, results and recommendations of a survey, the Executive Summary is
for managers who want to get the most out of their survey data. The Executive Summary also presents
the Root Cause Analysis of
the survey which provides management with the recommendations that will result in the greatest
amount of positive change throughout the company.
NBRI employs the highest standards of scientific research to ensure the validity of your survey results. With
NBRI, every Client can be assured that their research study is a valid reflection of the State
of the Organization and/or Customer Base with regard to the psychological constructs of
attitude, opinion, belief, and behavior of the target population.
Organizational Chart (Employee Surveys)
A very important step in the employee survey research
process is the creation of the Client's Organizational Chart. For
very large organizations, this can take some time even with
a sophisticated HRIS. From the Organizational
Chart,
you can decide which managers will receive reports containing
data from their own workgroups.
Your organizational chart is
the guide for several steps of the process. It is
followed to assign the
tracking codes used by everyone in a particular workgroup.
It is the means by which all workgroups
receive their tracking codes. It is used to roll up and dissect
the body of data which drives the generation of reports. It
is the means by which results are presented, and it
is the basis for holding managers accountable for improvement. With
survey data reports solely
from their own workgroups, managers can effect
real change that will be evident in their future scores. They
can establish baselines, and trend data as they improve year after
year. As you can see, the organizational chart is a very important
guide throughout the process. We strongly recommend that
workgroups (and therefore, data reports) consist of
no fewer than 30 individuals
to protect the anonymity of the participants.
