Modern Healthcare magazine recently released its list of the Largest Patient Satisfaction Firms. Among these firms was the Dallas-based National Business Research Institute, coming in at number five. The rankings were based on total number of survey engagements in the healthcare industry.
When a company hires a firm to conduct survey research, it is considered an engagement.
NBRI’s number of engagements was 572, the highest among those companies not devoted solely to the healthcare industry. NBRI also provides customer, employee, and market research surveys to a wide spectrum of industries.
The source for the list was Modern Healthcare’s Patient-Satisfaction Measurement Firms Survey.
NBRI edged out the Gallup Organization who had 414 patient satisfaction related engagements. J.D. Power & Associates also made the list at number fourteen with 36 surveys.
