Why the Right Methodology Matters More Than Ever
At NBRI, we believe a survey is only as strong as the methodology behind it. That’s why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every organization has its own communication style, operational realities, and customer dynamics—and your survey methodology should reflect that.
We evaluate your audience and objectives to recommend the approach that delivers the highest response rates and most reliable insights. As part of this process, our proprietary method helps us identify and refine the messaging that resonates most with your workforce and customers, ensuring every outreach is optimized for engagement. Seniority-based or traditional workforces and customers often engage more effectively with paper surveys, while digitally native environments gravitate toward online formats. These distinctions matter—and honoring them ensures every voice is heard.
By aligning methodology with the nature of your target respondent, we help you capture richer data, reduce friction for participants, and drive more actionable outcomes. It’s how we deliver research that doesn’t just measure engagement and experience—but moves the needle.
Paper Surveys: Still Effective for Many Audiences
While digital tools dominate the conversation, paper surveys remain a trusted method for many of our clients, especially in senior healthcare, manufacturing, and transit environments.
When respondents don’t sit at desks or regularly check email, paper delivers. It’s not outdated, it’s intentional. At NBRI, we always begin with the respondent in mind, then build the right methodology around them. Whether it’s guiding leadership strategy or choosing the right survey format, NBRI’s approach begins with listening. That’s why even in a digital-first world, paper surveys continue to deliver value for the right audiences.
