Turning Survey Results Into Action: Lessons From a 10-Year Client Partnership

Client Q&A: Family & Nursing Care

10 Year Client | Employee and Customer Surveys

Why did you choose NBRI for your survey research solutions?

As we grew, we couldn’t manage conducting in-house surveys any longer so we were looking for legitimacy from a third party that could help interpret questions and provide benchmarking reports.

Being in the home care industry, how important is it to conduct employee/customer surveys?

I believe it’s important to conduct this research in every industry. It’s a unique and personal part of our client’s life to trust caregivers going into their homes, it’s an expensive and big investment. Not only is surveying clients important, so is surveying caregivers.

If you were to describe your experience working with NBRI in your own words, how would you describe it?

Working with Melissa (project manager) has been great, she is super responsive and generous. Lisa’s presentations are knowledgeable and align with our goals being in the industry that we are.

What were some challenges you faced throughout the process and how were those challenges addressed?

Making sure we get a good response rate, recently Lisa (org. psychologist) proposed we cut back the number of questions from the survey to get more responses and it has proven to be effective.

In what ways have our surveys contributed to the growth of your business?

We use the results in our marketing materials and for referral sources. In our all-hands meeting, scores are consistently discussed, specifically our Intent to recommend score is an area of focus.

How likely are you to recommend NBRI for survey research solutions?

We would recommend you!
